Workers are abstract characters with their own rarities and abilities. Workers are represented as NFTs of qualified collections with 250k+ votes in the Leaderboard. If a user holds an NFT that abides by these criteria, they can employ it as a worker.

Each individual building on Land has its own basic indicators for resource production and consumption. Assigning workers to a building increases these indicators, with the rarity of the worker affecting the final outcome.
Some workers need to be trained in profession so that they can function in specialized buildings. These professions can be trained at the workshop on player's Land.
