Workers are hardworking helpers for your Kingdom and can accompany you on adventures!

Workers are abstract characters with their own rarities and abilities. Workers are represented as NFTs of qualified collections with 250k+ votes in the Staking-Hub Leaderboard. If a user holds an NFT that abides by these criteria, they can employ it as a worker.

⚒️ Workforce

Each worker can have one of four rarities that affect its performance: the higher the rarity, the better.

Rarity	Criteria
⚪ COMMON	Collections with 250k votes in the Staking Hub Leaderboard
🟢 UNCOMMON	Collections with 500k votes in the Staking Hub Leaderboard
🔵 RARE	Collections with 750k votes in the Staking Hub Leaderboard
🟣 EPIC	Collections with 1m+ votes in the Staking Hub Leaderboard

Each individual building on Land has its own basic indicators for resource production and consumption. Assigning workers to a building increases these indicators, with the rarity of the worker affecting the final outcome.

Some workers need to be trained in profession so that they can function in specialized buildings. These professions can be trained at the workshop on player's Land.

If a project loses the required number of votes in the Staking-Hub, then the worker will no longer be available, despite any training completed.
