When a player spends $HEXO in the Kingdom app, the token is burned permanently. When a player earns $HEXO from the Staking-Hub and withdraws it from the Kingdom app on-chain, more $HEXO supply is created. Thus $HEXO supply, demand, and market price will fluctuate with the use of our products.
The $HEXO token has no pre-mine, no seed round, and no liquidity provision. Users can provide liquidity at their own accord. The reason behind the lack of liquidity provision by the team is its uncapped total supply and adjustable distribution rules.
$HEXO also does not have a capped total supply, which enables us to maintain aspects of the gameplay as we scale. The more users join the game, the more HEXO will be earned (through activities) and burned (through in-game transactions). However, it's important to note that $HEXO holds no monetary value beyond our game environment.
